    Number of meetings:

  • Each team plays 3 games on 19th at Phase stadium and 1 game on 20th in Mons.Arena Stadium.

  • Schedule:

  • Start of the tournament: Saturday 05/19/2018 of May at 9.00 AM.
    End of the tournament and Awards ceremony : Sunday 05/20/18 around 18.30 PM.

  • Meeting places:

  • Saturday, May 19th, 2018: Provincial Estate of Bois d'Havré, rue Saint-Antoine 1, 7021 Havré
    Sunday 20th of May 2018: Mons.arena, rue des Laminoirs, 2A, 7000 Mons

  • Duration of meetings:

  • 4 * 10 minutes without chrono stop on Saturday for each game
    2 * 8 minutes with stop for classification games
    Important: the timing of the finals will not be adapted under any circumstances for reasons of travel. Please consider this for your planning.

  • Referees:

  • Each meeting will be led by 1 or 2 official referees, under the regulation of FIBA.

  • Awards :

  • An MVP will be chosen by the coaches of the teams present at the tournament

  • Teams that sleep on site can be accommodated in one of the high-level hotels. The provisional list:

  • Transports: 
    By car or bus: easy arrival to Mons, from all directions, via motorway.
    Arrival by train: Mons station has a good connection with Brussels.
    Arrival by plane: Brussels National (Zaventem) and Lille Lesquin are less than an hour away. A direct rail connection exists between these airports and the Mons train station.
    We can organize shuttles for teams arriving at Brussels Airport, Charleroi or Lille for a favorable price of ??? € per team.

  • Additional services:
    Teams needing, for one reason or another, additional services (laundry, medical, cultural, social, ...) can contact the organizer. We will try to answer as much as possible.

  • participation fee:

  • Conditions of enrolment in the tournament: 
    EUR 250 per enrolment by 15 March 2018 at the latest if the program is not already full. 
    Enrolment before 30 January 2018: EUR 200.

  • Guarantee
    In order to avoid late cancellations, we ask for a guarantee when registering before February 1st. Registration of the team will only be accepted after payment of the guarantee. The amount of the guarantee is: € 250, -
    In case of unreported absence of the team, the guarantee will not be refunded.
    In the event of reported absence, the following directives will be applied:
    2 months before the tournament = 100% refund
    1 month before the tournament = 75% refund
    Less than 30 days before the tournament = not refunded
